morning departure to Naples for a panoramic city tour including Mergellina,
Castel dell’Ovo and the Royal Palace. Then off to Pompeii, the
historic city that was buried following the eruption of the Vesuvius
volcano in 79 AD. Visit the ruins. Lunch in a typical restaurant.
Afterwards a short visit to a cameo factory. We proceed along the
coast to Sorrento, a jewel of the Sorrentine Peninsula, famous for
the cultivation of oranges, lemons and olive trees. Dinner and overnight.

a wonderful excursion to Capri discovering the beauties of this wonderful
island. Weather permitting we visit the Blue Grotto. Lunch in a typical
restaurant. Then we visit Anacapri with its magnificent views. Time
at leisure. Return to Sorrento by ferry. Dinner and overnight. (B,
