Day 1   Montreal /Budapest

Transatlantic overnight flight to Budapest.

Day  2  Budapest

Welcome to the capital of Hungary, known by many as the "Pearl of the Danube". The river Danube runs through the middle of this vibrant metropolis with incredible architecture and rich cultural heritage.  Our representative will greet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel. Afternoon free. Overnight.

Day  3  Budapest

Today, an interesting guided city tour including Hero's square, city park, Vajdahunyad castle, Parliament, Castle district, Matthias church, Citadel and the St Stephens Cathedral. Overnight. (B)

Day 4   Budapest 

After your morning breakfast, day at leisure to visit at your pace the two cities, Buda and Pest.  Buda is the residential and aristocratic side and the Pest is known for being livelier and offering the best shopping for items ranging from antiques and porcelain to specialty Hungarian foods and wines. Overnight. (B)

Day 5   Budapest-Vienna

After breakfast, make your way to the train station. You will board the train from Budapest to Vienna, in second class.

Day  6  Vienna

Today, your morning guided city tour includes the Ringstrasse, the Opera House, Belvedere Palace, Hofburg Palace and the Parliament. The highlight of the tour will be the Schönbrunn Palace. Afternoon free. Overnight. (B)

Day  7  Vienna

Vienna is synonymous with music and home to Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert and Johann Strauss. This outstanding musical heritage has been preserved right to the present day. Tonight get ready to experience a wonderful classical concert.  Overnight. (B)

Day  8  Vienna   

After your morning breakfast, day at leisure. You can admire monuments, building, churches and palaces in many architectural styles. Some up to 700 years old in graceful Gothic structures and others Renaissance and Baroque. Overnight. (B)

Day  9  Vienna- Prague

After breakfast, make your way to the train station. You will board the train from Budapest to Vienna, in second class.

Rest of the day free.  Overnight.  (B)

Day  10  Prague

After breakfast, you will enjoy a guided visit including to the area of the Prague Castle and the ancient Jewish Quarter Josefov, Charles Bridge and the tour ends on the Old Town Square Tower. Overnight. (B)

Day  11  Prague

After your morning breakfast, day at leisure. You can explore the Golden City of 100 spires, gold-pleated towers and domes of churches, labyrinthine streets and alleyways of the old Town or simply stroll the 750-meter long Wenceslas Square. Tonight a night out where you will enjoy a memorable Hungarian concert. Overnight. (B)

Day  12  Prague

After breakfast the day is yours to enjoy the city at your pace or an optional excursion. Overnight. (B)

Day  13   Prague

After breakfast, en route to the airport for your transatlantic flight home. (B)
